Requirements:

1. Seacoast area high school senior pursuing further education in musical performance, composition, teaching, or technical production.
2. Standard Local Scholarship application from your high school.
   • Must include email, phone number and town of residence.
3. Copy of Transcript
4. One-page essay: What you hope to do with music in college and in the future? What have you done so far, including any school or community involvement?
5. Scholarship to be presented to student at Annual PPM meeting in April. (winner will be notified)
